Job Duties
Manage both Pantos and temporary agency employees on shift.
Monitor and adjust staffing levels to meet daily operational demands and maintain productivity.
Conduct pre-shift briefings and assign tasks based on logistics and production priorities.
Coordinate real-time inbound and outbound logistics to support uninterrupted production flow.
Track material movement using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Job Requirements
Demonstrated leadership experience in either unionized or non-unionized environments.
Proficiency with ERP and WMS systems.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work rotating shifts (days, afternoons, nights as required).
Forklift certification preferred.
